Job summary

Gateway Studios & Production Services is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and repairs across all facilities. The role leads a team of maintenance technicians, develops plans, manages budgets, schedules work orders, and ensures peak performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities management, strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources.
• Availability to respond to emergency situations outside of regular business hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance plans for facilities and grounds.
• Lead a team of Maintenance Technicians, providing leadership and guidance to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to Gateway standards.
• Manage the maintenance and repair of all company facilities, including building structures, grounds, and equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance and maintenance plans and schedules to ensure that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained and repaired as necessary.
• Implement and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate action.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, and implement measures to improve safety performance.
• Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of employees and visitors.
