Job summary

- Experience in Facilities Maintenance in manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of Johnson Controls systems and PLCs.
- Kaizen processes in reducing waste, water and energy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop facilities team to ensure safe and efficient operating condition of equipment.
- Support Facilities department KPI achievement and targets.
- Lead by Safety First mindset, Toyota Way and TPS Principles.
- Coach and develop team members with clear direction and resources.
- Manage weekend trials and shutdown work; monitor milestones.
- Develop next generation Facilities Maintenance team members.
