Responsibilities include daily cleaning, restocking supplies, basic repairs, reporting major issues, and adhering to safety protocols. Valid driver's license is preferred for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and minor repair techniques.
• Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Clean and maintain man camp trailers and sleeping quarters.
• Restock consumables across all serviced locations.
• Perform light maintenance tasks: bulbs, filters, minor plumbing, touch-up painting, simple repairs.
• Identify and report larger maintenance issues to management or vendors.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies and log work performed.
