PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Facilities Worker for 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 4 pm–12 am) to perform general building maintenance across our production environments in the United States. The role covers painting, carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical work, HVAC PMs, and equipment installation.
The candidate will also lead repairs and coordinate with vendors as needed. Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or GED and basic building systems knowledge.

Facilities Worker 1 - Shift: 2nd shift Monday through Friday 4 pm - 12 am
Perform general building and maintenance duties. These duties include but are not limited to: Installation and drywall repair, Painting, Carpentry, Basic plumbing, Basic electrical work and installation, HVAC PM's and repairs, Filter changes, Ceiling tile installation and maintenance, assembly of furniture and equipment, Snow and ice removal.

Required: High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-3 months related experience and/or training.
Basic Mathematical Skills Basic Computer Skills: Ability to perform basic computer tasks and has the ability to operate common computer programs. Minimum Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak in a way that allows one to participate effectively in various conversations. Ability to read various types of standard items addressed to general readers. Intermediate Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions that may be furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems that involve several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team. Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction. Has an official/recognized technical education/training. Has a basic electrical training allowing basic electrical troubleshooting. Has a rigging abilities including heavy equipment relocation at medium project level. Has a basic understanding of HVAC systems, Chilled Water systems, Hot Water systems, Compressed Air systems, Clean Air systems, and Electrical Power systems supporting listed above equipment/systems. Has a good understanding of Facilities Equipment including Air Handlers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Boilers, Air Compressors, Dehumidifiers, Humidifiers, and others.
