KPC Health is seeking a qualified Facilities Maintenance HVAC Technician to operate across seven hospitals and affiliated sites in Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems to support critical healthcare operations.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, performing preventive maintenance, monitoring BAS for energy efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with vendors.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Healthcare or multi-building experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CA Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Strong understanding of HVAC codes, safety standards, and control systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS preferred.

Salary:$68,640 to $108,160 annually

Position Summary

The Facilities Maintenance HVAC Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems across KPC Health’s seven hospitals and affiliated buildings in Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. The technician ensures that HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards to support critical healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities
