CSIG Holding is seeking a Maintenance and Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff, and coordinate with other departments. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and safety compliance to ensure high-quality facilities across commercial, senior living, and multi-family properties.

Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of building and facilities maintenance and repair methods.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance trades.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; problem solving abilities.
• Demonstrate leadership; ability to train staff on policies and responsibilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and enforce safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Supervises maintenance and housekeeping staff via workloads and schedules.
• Evaluates staff; recommends hires/terminations and motivates teams.
• Maintains facilities per local/state building codes.
• Manages cost, methods and staffing; ensures budgets and schedules.
• Prepares labor/material estimates; maintains budgets for projects; tracks work orders.
• Develops policies with President to set departmental goals.
• Negotiates sub-contractor contracts; inspects work for safe practices.
• Ensures preventive maintenance on schedule; maintains equipment records.
• Manages customer housekeeping problems; investigates complaints.
• Establishes relationships with employees, vendors and the public.
• Drives continual improvement across the organization.
