Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, doors.
• Inspect equipment, roof drains, parking lots, signage, fire extinguishers.
• Complete preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and lifts.
• Respond to service tickets for comfort issues and equipment malfunctions.
• Escalate complex issues to Facilities Manager and coordinate with vendors.
• Use CMMS to close out work orders and document actions.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
