Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Hattiesburg, MS is seeking an experienced facility maintenance professional to perform routine preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment, diagnose issues, and manage work orders.

You will inspect, repair, and document activities, while coordinating with contractors to ensure safety and compliance. The role requires at least 2 years in the electrical trade and a valid state driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in the electrical trade.
• Licensed Journeyman Electrician or equivalent in state of work.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• License in related trade in city and/or state where job is located.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities and equipment.
• Inspect, clean, repair, and diagnose facilities, equipment, or fixtures and document issues.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors, including documentation and invoicing.
• Lead on-call rotations and coordinate with managers and partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
