Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Basic training/knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVACR systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Repairs electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
• Provides overall supervision of the maintenance department.
• Maintains fire alarm and emergency generator systems.
• Maintains required records and performs budget planning.
• Remains on-call for emergencies 24/7.
• Operates on the TELS platform for safety and regulatory tasks.
