Job summary

Sam's Club is hiring a Maintenance Associate to help keep the facility spotless and safe for Members and Associates. You will be on your feet in a fast-paced environment, performing maintenance tasks, cleaning floors, restrooms, and common areas, and ensuring a positive first and last impression for shoppers.

The role involves handling certain hazardous materials safely, operating floor scrubbers, and coordinating with the team to maintain supply levels and overall cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding work.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to different tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards and procedures, including forklift spotting and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Clean all areas of the Facility (floors, restrooms, windows) using approved methods and supplies.
• Ensure a safe, clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance and responding to spills.
