Job summary

Sam's Club in Alexandria, LA is seeking a Maintenance Associate to help keep the facility clean and safe for members and associates. You will perform safety checks, clean floors, restrooms, and respond to spills while following established procedures.

A positive attitude and physical stamina are required for a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly wages range from $16.00 to $24.00 with additional premiums and company benefits.

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility by performing maintenance tasks
• Keep members and associates with a positive first and last impression
• Clean floors, windows, restrooms, and receptacles and dispose of waste following procedures
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and manage chemicals and supplies
• Work collaboratively with team and follow Walmart values in daily duties
