Qualifications

• Vocational training in a related field preferred (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Prior maintenance experience; healthcare setting desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and repairing facilities to ensure a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify hazards and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of equipment, machinery, and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
• Provide support to other departments as needed, including restorative care, therapy, and nursing.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
