Elevate Care Chicago North is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support our maintenance team in keeping facilities safe, clean, and well‑maintained. You will assist with routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep to ensure a comfortable environment for residents and staff.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in electrical, drywall, plumbing, and painting, plus basic technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Support Maintenance Operations: Assist with routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility upkeep to ensure our environment is secure and comfortable.
• Troubleshooting: Help diagnose issues and perform minor repairs under the guidance of the maintenance team.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and organizing maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance staff and other departments to support timely and efficient service.
