ATMI Precast is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Tech to keep a busy precast facility running safely and efficiently. You’ll work with yard tractors, batch plant equipment, forklifts, cranes, and other machinery, performing diagnostics and routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
This role requires reliability, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety. You’ll complete PMs, repairs, and inspections with occasional weekend work and mandatory safety training such as Lockout/Tagout and

This role works directly with the equipment that keeps production moving, including yard tractors, batch plant equipment, forklifts, man lifts, ready‑mix trucks, cranes, and smaller machinery.

The Maintenance Tech supports routine, preventative, and unscheduled maintenance throughout the facility. This position performs equipment diagnostics and general repairs, including minor electrical work and hydraulic and pneumatic repairs. The goal is to keep equipment operating safely, reduce downtime, and complete repairs as efficiently as possible.
First shift.
40+ hours per week (Some weekends maybe required.)
