Job summary

KeyStone Staffing Group is seeking an Experienced Facility and Machine Maintenance person for a long-term Ozaukee County client in Wisconsin. The role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building mechanical systems, with emphasis on preventive maintenance and proper record-keeping.

Forklift and crane training are required, and compliance with OSHA lockout/tagout procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting diverse mechanical equipment.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate records.
• Forklift and crane training or certification is required.
• Familiarity with OSHA lockout/tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment for building applications.
• Completes preventive and predictive maintenance with proper record keeping including small engines on forklifts and company cars.
• Perform tune ups, oil changes, tire rotations, belts and hose replacements as needed.
• Partners with outside suppliers for major mechanical and electrical installations and repairs.
• Understands and applies OSHA lock out / tag out requirements.
• Follows all safety procedures and enforces safe practices.
• Forklift and crane training required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities

• Performs appropriate duties in the installation and maintenance and troubleshooting diagnosis of a variety of mechanical equipment for building applications
• Completes preventive and predictive maintenance on schedule with appropriate record keeping including small engines on forklifts and company cars
• Perform tune ups, oil changes, tire rotations, belts and hose replacements as needed
• Partners with outside suppliers contracted to do major mechanical and electrical installations and repair
• Understands and appropriately uses OSHA lock out / tag out requirements
• Follows all safety procedures and provides the guidance and enforcement of safety procedures and practices
• Forklift and Crane training required
• Other duties as assigned
