Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for building maintenance and custodial oversight.
• Supervise custodial contractor to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Handle building issues or security breaches during off hours.
• Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Lead renovations and cosmetic improvements as needed.
• Coordinate with facilities manager and principals on projects.
