Qualifications

• 1 or more years of related work experience.
• If applicable, may be required to hold appropriate license/certification for the specific work to be done in the city and state in which the work will be done.
• Possess a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead team engaged in cleaning and light maintenance of smaller, less complex facilities.
• Monitor employee productivity.
• Orient and train employees.
• Perform cleaning/light maintenance in addition to lead duties.
• Attend shifts on time with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements.
