Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to ensure facility operations follow policies and procedures, supervising daily tasks and guiding the team.

You will delegate assignments, train and direct staff, operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals, ensuring clean and safe buildings for workers and customers. This frontline role may require stepping in for the Manager and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in a facilities/ janitorial setting.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate daily operations.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise at assigned location when Manager is not present.
• Delegate daily tasks and provide guidance to staff.
