Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate, read, write, and speak English.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months experience as custodian or in related role.

Responsibilities

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Move heavy furniture or supplies as needed.
• Notify management of major repairs.
