Cardinal Ritter Senior Services, a ministry of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Saint Louis, is seeking a Facilities Lead. The Facilities Lead serves as the senior technical resource for assigned facilities and ministries. Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, this position coordinates facility projects, supports preventive maintenance programs, conducts building assessments, assists with regulatory compliance activities, and helps ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well maintained. This is a working lead position with no direct reports and no responsibility for hiring, discipline, evaluations, scheduling, or personnel management. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving individuals in a mission-driven senior services environment.

Pre-Employment Screening
All candidates receiving an employment offer must submit a pre-employment screening.
