Community Access Unlimited is seeking a full-time Landscaper in Union County to perform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties. The role includes mowing, planting, trimming, and snow removal, with a comprehensive benefits package and PPE provided.

Responsibilities include operating equipment safely, pruning shrubs, and maintaining clean, safe grounds. A valid driver's license and 1 year of landscape experience are required.

Qualifications

• One year of landscape work experience including operation of heavy equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Able to lift heavy objects and attend trainings outside normal work hours.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of commercial grade landscaping equipment and upkeep of plant material and other landscaping elements
• Properly prune shrubs and low trees as needed. Remove damaged branches.
• Properly and safely operate the edger and line trimmer along sidewalks, flower beds, trees, buildings, fences and other objects.
• Ensures the facility, grounds, and equipment are maintained in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition.
• Assist with snow removal detail.

Union County social service agency seeks a self-motivated in-house Landscaper for program facilities to perform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties.

Responsibilities include lawn mowing, leaf removal, flower planting, shrubbery trimming and snow removal.

We provide you with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

RESPONSIBILITIES
