Job summary

Intellekt is seeking a Facility Operations/Knowledge Manager at Langley AFB in Langley, VA. The role splits 50/50 between Knowledge Management and Facilities Operations, supporting ACC A2 staff with MS Office tools, SharePoint, and DoD systems.

The position requires 3–10 years in AF Intelligence, a Bachelor’s in Intel or related field, and a Top Secret/SCI eligibility clearance. Full-time exempt, on-site at Langley.

Qualifications

• 3-10 yrs experience within AF Intelligence programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Intel or related field.
• Security clearance: Top Secret (SCI eligibility required).

Responsibilities

• Oversees facility management resources and service contracts.
• Manages space utilization and information resources across ACC A2 Langley work centers.
• Supports knowledge management as 50% of duties using MS Suite, SharePoint, and DoD programs.
• Coordinates with base organizations and contractors on construction and maintenance actions.
• Prepares staff packages, briefings, and notices in line with HQ ACC standards.
