Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Janitorial/Facilities Manager to support daily janitorial and maintenance operations in our theater. You will help supervise staff, schedule shifts, and ensure cleanliness and safety across all areas.

The role requires strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and health & safety regulations, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Benefits include health coverage and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and health & safety regulations.
• Experience in janitorial or facilities management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily janitorial and maintenance operations.
• Supervise janitorial staff including scheduling and training.
• Ensure cleaning protocols and schedules are followed for high cleanliness standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance issues.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order as needed.
