Job summary

PilotCompany is hiring a Facilities Associate to maintain the cleanliness and guest readiness of our travel center in Indiana. You will clean restrooms, showers, and public areas, wash, load and unload towels for showers, and perform basic repair and maintenance tasks to keep the facility safe and welcoming.

Candidates must be self-motivated, able to work as part of a team, lift up to 50 pounds, and handle a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
