Pilot Company in Canton, OH is seeking a Facility Services teammate to maintain store cleanliness, clean showers and restrooms, handle towels, and keep travel center facilities welcoming for guests.

The role supports a fast-paced team, requires lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods, and offers weekly pay plus benefits. Training and growth opportunities are available at our travel centers.

Qualifications

• Required: Highly motivated self-starters.
• Required: Ability to work as part of a team.
• Required: Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Required: Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: Experience in a similar position.
• Preferred: Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
