Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring a maintenance/cleaning associate for our Springville travel center in Utah. This role focuses on keeping the store clean, cleaning showers/restrooms, handling towels, and performing basic repairs to ensure guest facilities are well-maintained.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays. Weekly pay and other benefits are offered to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: experience in a similar position.
• Preferred: knowledge of industrial equipment and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
