Position Requirements

• HVACR aptitude is required
• Must be able to do physical work including lifting, working at heights, and working in tunnels
• Operates a university or personal vehicle safely while carrying out job responsibilities. Will authorize, pursuant to university policies and procedures, a driving record check, and will meet the driving authorization requirements through the course of employment in a position where you are authorized to drive a vehicle as part of our duties.

• Assist with the completion of work orders, running for parts, and cleaning
• Gather data from equipment tags on pumps, motors, and other equipment
• Operate motor vehicle in a safe manner
