• Associate degree or two-year HVACR program completed.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on maintenance experience in refrigeration, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Universal Refrigeration Certification required.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required.
• RUE designation.
• Knowledge of water treatment systems (chemical treatment, softening, RO).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems including steam/electric chillers and rooftop units.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions, perform repairs and adjust components as needed.
• Identify replacement parts and ensure reliable system performance.
