Job summary

AtWork Personnel is seeking a Groundskeeper for a Tyler, TX facility. The role requires working Wednesday through Sunday, with hours varying based on events and evenings.

The position pays $13.14 per hour and involves cleaning, floor care, trash removal, and general grounds maintenance. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk up to 6 hours daily.
• Must lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs.
• Must work a variety of days and hours including nights and weekends.
• Must work in a professional manner with visitors and customers.
• Knowledge of common cleaning products, wax applicators, and buffers.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wax and buff floors of facilities.
• Gather and dispose of all trash and waste.
• Clean restrooms, wash walls, mirrors, and windows.
• Clean lighting fixtures, tops of windows, door frames, change light bulbs and ceiling tiles.
• Operate and maintain mechanical cleaners and polishers.
• Set up tables, chairs, stages, and other equipment.
• Assist in moving objects.
• Complete delivery of department items.
• Perform grounds maintenance as required.
• Maintain and organize equipment closets, report supply needs.
