Mark-Taylor is hiring a Facilities Technician (Porter/Groundskeeper) at Ironwood Homes at the Rosefield in Waddell, AZ. You will support the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community while delivering exceptional service to residents.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a friendly, professional approach to daily maintenance and resident interactions. Prior groundskeeping or porter experience is preferred, with a base hourly pay of $19.00.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Team-oriented with positive communication.
• Experience as groundskeeper, porter, landscaper or related role desirable.
• Basic written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of community grounds and interior work areas.
• Uphold grounds, amenities, exteriors and dumpster areas.
• Remove trash and prepare vacant apartments for turnover.
• Complete opening/closing duties and property walks.
• Daily/weekly/monthly cleaning and upkeep of pools, lighting and common areas.
• Perform janitorial tasks such as power washing and minor exterior painting.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
