Job summary

Cadwell Industries, Inc. seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician at the Kennewick, WA headquarters to keep our facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will perform routine maintenance, support tenant improvements, and assist with building operations and grounds.

You will uphold OSHA standards, work with vendors, and maintain a high level of service while ensuring timely completion of tasks. A valid driver’s license and at least two years of maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in grounds and building maintenance or related construction fields.
• Experience in general contracting, carpentry, drywall/painting, plumbing or electrical is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining facilities to ensure they are comfortable, clean, safe, and sanitary.
• Support tenant improvement initiatives (hours may include nights/weekends).
• Maintain operations for exteriors and interiors, building equipment and grounds.
• Perform routine maintenance and recommend needed repairs for safety and quality.
• Identify problems promptly and address them using available resources.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage communications, and maintain professional conduct.
