Job summary

Signature HealthCARE, LLC’s Mayfair Manor in Lexington, Kentucky is seeking a Plant Operations staff member to ensure facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order and property grounds are maintained in line with state and federal regulations.

You will support the Plant Operations Director and help deliver a safe, well-kept environment for residents and staff, with a benefits package including Medical, Dental & Vision, 401(k), PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Ability to operate equipment such as lawn mower, weed eater, blower, edger, pressure washer, chainsaw.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Operations Director by ensuring facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order and grounds are maintained in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
