Responsibilities

• Gather and empty trash.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.

• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas; spread snow melting chemicals.
• Notify managers about major repairs or additions needed.
• Requisition supplies for cleaning and maintenance.
• Mow and trim lawns and shrubbery.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean condition and follow safety procedures.
• Drive forklift and floor sweeper.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
