Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on buildings, facilities and equipment.
• Carry out custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with minor installations and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Set up rooms for events and maintain outdoor spaces (mowing, trimming).
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and safety issues.
