Job summary

Solestial, Inc. is seeking a Facilities & Equipment Technician to support day-to-day operations and maintenance of our manufacturing facility. This role involves routine maintenance across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems to ensure production reliability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, a strong troubleshooting ability, and familiarity with industrial safety practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment schematics.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards including lockout/tagout and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance and repairs across systems.
• Support facility infrastructure for manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot facility issues quickly to minimize downtime.
