Qualifications

• 2–5 years in building/equipment maintenance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of construction, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Ability to repair tools and operate in a Windows® computer environment.
• Valid PA Driver’s License; must report citations/arrests within 5 days. US Citizenship with no warrants.

Responsibilities

• Facility & Grounds: upkeep of buildings, restrooms, property; HVAC filter changes; landscaping; waste/recycling disposal.
• Tool & Vehicle Maintenance: service, repair, inventory tools/equipment; ensure vehicles meet state inspection requirements.
• Inventory & Logistics: order, pick up, deliver supplies and rental equipment; maintain PPE, fasteners, cleaning supplies.
• Safety & Quality: enforce safety protocols; stop unsafe work; maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Operational Support: assist with annual inventory; provide backup support for Receiving/Material Handling.
