Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Facilities Enhancement Technician in Seattle, WA to handle power washing, cleaning, parking lot striping, and light painting. The role includes performing preventative and reactive work orders to uphold brand standards and safety across locations.

Responsibilities

• Power washing & cleaning: Inspect surfaces, set up equipment, remove dirt and debris, apply cleaning agents, use water reclamation as needed, clean canopies and exterior structures.
• Striping & painting: Operate striping equipment, measure surfaces, apply paint to parking lots/walkways, ensure ADA compliance; perform light interior/exterior painting.
• Maintenance & equipment: Conduct routine maintenance on tools, keep equipment in working condition, manage inventory within audit expectations, maintain assigned vehicle.
• General maintenance & compliance: Perform general upkeep (lighting, tiles, walls), ADA signage compliance, complete work orders, follow safety guidelines and PPE.
• Communication & work expectations: Collaborate with team/external partners, adhere to schedules, flexible hours with notice.

This position focuses on power washing, surface cleaning, parking lot striping, light painting, and general maintenance.
