Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring Brand Enhancement Technicians to keep our stores in top condition. You will perform surface restorations, parking lot striping, and ADA painting while upholding brand standards across locations.

Eligible teammates receive a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and growth opportunities. Drive-time is compensated from first to last stop.

Your Day-to-Day:

As a Brand Enhancement Technician, you will:

• Perform high-pressure surface restoration.
• Complete parking lot striping and ADA Safety & Compliance painting.
• Maintain overall facility appearance and visual standards.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education:High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience:1+ year
• Valid Driver's License
• Skills:Leadership, peer-to-peer Tech support, project/stretch assignments and facility location ownership.
