Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Soft Services Operations Manager at our client HQ in Malvern, PA. You will oversee facilities, ES and mailroom operations across multiple buildings, aligning with executive stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance.

You’ll manage budgets, safety programs, and client relationships while developing staff and driving continuous improvement in service delivery, with a focus on uptime and quality.

This Soft Services Operations Manager will be responsible for the ES, and Mailroom teams at one of our construction material client's HQ in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate is comfortable with executive level clients and working across multiple buildings.

About the job

In this operational leadership role, you’ll oversee and optimize facilities and engineering services to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance across all systems and teams. You’ll manage everything from mechanical systems and maintenance workflows to budgeting, safety programs, and client relationships, all while developing staff and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager’s ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $81685 per year - $105710 per year

• Hands-on knowledge of CMMS/work order systems and experience driving operational improvements through data and reporting.
