Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of management experience.
• 3–5 years of related facilities/engineering operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities and engineering services to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance.
• Lead and develop ES and Mailroom teams across multiple buildings.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
• Ensure safety programs and quality assurance protocols are followed.
• Leverage CMMS data to drive continuous improvement and reporting.
