Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to step into the role of Facilities Engineering Manager for our newly acquired Farmers Branch, TX location. This position reports to the Facilities Director and plays a vital role in shaping the vision, operational excellence, and ongoing advancement of our global operations. Shift: The regular hours for this position are day shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility leadership: Manage technical troubleshooting, project execution, and engineering analysis of facility systems supporting semiconductor manufacturing (e.g., HVAC, UPW, wastewater, cleanroom environments, gas/chemical delivery).
• Manage and execute semiconductor tool installation to enable production capability and in accordance with industry standards.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure reliable and safe facility operations.
• Develop and maintain robust Capacity vs Demand models for the site utility systems.
• Oversee capital improvement projects, including planning, budgeting, contractor management, and system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and building codes, including OSHA, TCEQ, EPA, and local regulations.
• Develop and implement facility policies and SOPs.
• Manage facility‑related budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Drive key performance indicator metrics in support of safety, quality, cost, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure facility operates in a cost‑effective manner to support overall site operations.
