Job summary

Disney's Disneyland Resort is offering a Facilities Shared Services internship in Anaheim, CA, spanning January to June 2027. You will work with FSS Engineers, Planning teams, and Trades to support asset inventories, GIS data collection, and project coordination.

You will perform field inspections, produce onboarding and training documents, and contribute to data analysis. The role blends desk and field work, requires availability Mon–Fri PST, and compensation includes $30/hr for undergraduates

Qualifications

• Prior related work experience, including co-op/intern programs in Civil Engineering, GIS, Geography, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Demonstrated leadership, technical and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data or field conditions.
• Availability to work various shifts commensurate with project requirements.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience reading blueprints and working in GIS, Maximo, and/or AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Locate, capture, and verify facility and utility assets in the field using GNSS/GPS and GIS tools.
• Conduct field inspections and validate GIS records against real-world conditions.
• Assist in planning and coordinating small projects and provide on-site reviews and reports.
• Produce onboarding documentation for various trades.
• Prepare training documentation and provide data analysis recommendations.
• Balance desk and field work with flexible start times.
