Job summary

Lucid Private Offices is seeking a Facilities Engineer to maintain the Class A portfolio across 18 DFW sites. You’ll ensure premium aesthetic and functional standards in member spaces and lead suite-level upkeep.

Responsibilities include completing move-in/out prep, executing electrical and plumbing repairs, and proactive preventative maintenance while coordinating with the Facilities Manager. A polished professional image and reliable travel between sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in broad-spectrum facility maintenance and interior painting.
• Professional appearance suitable for high-end corporate environments.
• Ability to manage a ticketing system and self-prioritize tasks.
• Comfort with mobile apps and facility management software for workflow tracking.
• Strong communication with corporate staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee suite-level move-in/move-out prep and touch-ups.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, and handyman repairs across suites.
• Proactively identify issues across all 18 DFW locations.
