Job summary

Roundy's Supermarkets, Inc. is seeking a skilled maintenance plumber to support plumbing tasks across our Kroger family stores in Wisconsin and Illinois.

The role involves cleaning drains, repairing plumbing systems, and performing routine preventive maintenance in fast-paced retail environments. The ideal candidate has general plumbing experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• General plumbing experience especially in food retail and/or commercial facilities.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean drains, repair and replace valves in toilets as part of plumbing tasks.
• Repair and install commercial water heaters and related plumbing systems.
• Submit time and vehicle inventory reports by scheduled dates using company software.
• Perform preventive maintenance at stores at least twice per year.
• Support maintenance budgeting and operate with safety and efficiency in mind.
