Job summary
Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs across casino/hotel facilities and grounds. You will work with the Facilities Manager to determine actions, ensure safety, and support guest and team member relations.
The role requires 3+ years in maintenance/electrical work, strong English communication, and ability to handle multiple projects with urgency while maintaining a professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Requires 3+ years of maintenance/electrical experience.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and general building maintenance.
- Strong written and verbal English communication; good guest service and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; valid driver’s license and insurability.
- Ability to secure and maintain gaming license as required.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair of casino/hotel facilities and grounds.
- Repair/minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
- Replace bulbs, HVAC filters, and maintain mechanical systems.
- Inspect lighting and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
- Maintain facility equipment and assist with disaster plan updates.
- Set up events and maintain clean, safe work areas.
