Job summary

Kindeva Drug Delivery is seeking a Facilities Engineer at its Lexington site to lead facility and utility projects, coordinate contractors, and support site maintenance. This role requires collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Validation, and EHS to ensure safe, compliant, and scalable infrastructure for current operations and future expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Facilities Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years in facilities or plant engineering roles in regulated environments.
Experience with cGMP requirements and working with contractors/vendors.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and construction docs.
Strong project coordination, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead facility, infrastructure, and site improvement projects from scope through turnover.
Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, estimates, and capital requests.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning and closeout.
Manage multiple projects and monitor costs, risks, and performance.
Ensure documentation and turnover packages meet GMP and QA requirements.
