The Facilities Engineer will support the engineering, design, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical infrastructure systems that support rocket design, production, and testing. This is a hands‑on engineering role requiring strong technical expertise, field execution, vendor negotiation and management, and the ability to make priority and data‑driven decisions under pressure. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment where priorities evolve quickly, challenges are complex, and extreme ownership is expected. This individual will work cross‑functionally with manufacturing, test, launch, EHS, security, operations, and leadership teams to solve infrastructure problems at scale while supporting rapid operational growth.

As part of a small, well‑supported team, you will have access to the resources you need to get the job done right while simultaneously boosting your skills at a pace that can’t be matched in most other roles. You must be ready to stay focused, move fast, self‑direct, and learn on the fly.
