Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least five (5) years of experience in pharma/medical devices/regulatory manufacturing.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.

• Experience in facilities engineering, maintenance engineering, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide Facilities Engineering support for reinstatement documentation and other facility-related technical documents.
• Assist in preparing and organizing documentation to restore systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Identify, document, and coordinate corrective actions related to facility systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, EHS, Quality, and external contractors.
• Review technical information, drawings, equipment documentation, and records to support facility activities.
• Participate in field assessments and provide engineering input for troubleshooting.
• Prepare technical reports, work scopes, assessments, and other engineering documentation.
• Coordinate facility-related work orders, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure documentation and engineering activities align with GMP, safety, quality, and site requirements.
• Provide timely technical support during urgent situations and coordinate resources to minimize impact.
• Identify opportunities to improve facility documentation and response processes.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Provide Facilities Engineering support for the development, review, and update of reinstatement documentation and other facility-related technical documents.
• Support the Facilities team with the preparation and organization of documentation required to restore systems, equipment, and facility areas to their required operational condition.
• Assist in identifying, documenting, and coordinating corrective actions related to facility systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, EHS, Quality, and external contractors to address facility-related issues.
• Review technical information, drawings, equipment documentation, and existing records to support facility activities and documentation.
• Participate in field assessments and provide engineering input to support troubleshooting and resolution of facility issues.
• Prepare technical reports, work scopes, assessments, and other engineering documentation as needed.
• Support the coordination and follow-up of facility-related work orders, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure documentation and engineering activities are aligned with applicable GMP, safety, quality, and site requirements.
• Provide timely technical support during urgent situations and help coordinate the appropriate resources to minimize operational impact.
• Identify opportunities to improve facility documentation, response processes, and overall operational reliability.
