Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of maintenance and installation of electrical systems/equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment and replacing faulty components.
• Experience with commercial kitchen appliances.
• State Journeyman’s license preferred but not required.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to interact professionally with other shops and departments.
• Must troubleshoot clearly, calmly and safely in presence of guests and staff.
• Ability to write, speak and comprehend English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, stand long, climb and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facility electrical systems and notify management of hazards endangering guests or employees.
• Perform maintenance programs per Six Flags and Georgia standards.
• Maintain, repair, install and troubleshoot electrical systems and appliances.
• Diagnose and repair electrical components such as receptacles, lights, panels, relays.
• Install temporary and/or permanent power systems for park projects and events.
• Read and interpret drawings and schematics; keep maintenance logs.
• Respond to work orders and conduct electrical repairs to maintain park operation.
• Adhere to park policies and safety procedures.
