Job summary

The Saber-Healthcare-Group facility seeks a dedicated Environmental Services/Maintenance specialist to keep the Life Safety Code, plant, equipment, and grounds in top working order in compliance with policies and regulations.

You will work full-time, 8:30a–5:00p, with on-call as needed, and participate in a comprehensive benefits program including medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, and growth opportunities, within a supportive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have at least two (2) years’ experience in environmental services, maintenance, or relative trade, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities in good working order.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and local/state regulations.
• Adhere to community Maintenance Policies and Procedures.
